Today, I’m reviewing Isochronic Tones for Lucid Dreaming from the Unexplainable Store. Isochronic tones are very similar to binaural beats and can help you have lucid dreams more easily! Here’s all you need to know.

The Unexplainable Store is an online shopping center which sells all sorts of things to do with your brainwaves, particularly Brainwave Entrainment. This simply means training your brainwaves to do certain things.

Introducing Isochronic Tones

Let’s say that your brainwaves are in different ‘states’ when you’re excited, sad, feeling creative, happy etc. By listening to various sounds and frequencies, you can ‘train’ your brainwaves to behave in a certain way and therefore reach a desired state of mind, (Happy, excited, creative etc…).

That’s the simple explanation of brainwaves entrainment. The Unexplainable Store offer various soundtracks which do different things.

The things you can do with this are almost limitless. There are different frequencies which have DIFFERENT effects on your brain. You can get frequencies which help you be more creative, energetic, relaxed and even more likely to lucid dream.

Although you can use Binaural beats and Isochronic tones for lots of things, I’m going to focus on their use for lucid dreaming in this review of the Unexplainable Store.

As I mentioned, they offer various frequencies for various things, but they offer one PARTICULARLY designed for lucid dreaming.

Isochronic tones are slightly different to binaural beats, but work in the same way. Binaural beats are two DIFFERENT frequencies played in each ear, then your brain makes up the gap and your brainwaves move in alignment with the ‘combined’ sound.

Isochronic tones however, are ONE frequency, but it’s turned on and off very quickly. It alternates between being completely off and on rapidly. It does more or less the same thing as Binaural beats, yet some people report that it works better for lucid dreaming.

So, I had the privilege of being able to review the unexplainable stores’s isochronic tones for lucid dreaming. I have to say, they’re pretty good. As a lucid dreamer, I can say that they did actually help me have more lucid dreams. More on that later.

BLUE – This is a little media player which allows you to test out the isochronic tone. Believe me when I say the best results are achieved after listening to it for about 20-40 minutes per day for a few days at least.

RED – The specific things you’ll add to cart, you can choose whether you want just the download, or download plus CD. It’s up to you which option you go with as they are all equally awesome!

GREEN – This is what I mentioned before. They have a deal where you can buy a bundle of several different isochronic tones or binaural beats and get a little discount on them all. Well worth doing IMO. If you don’t want to do this however, you can just get the lucid dreaming tone!

Do they work?

You’re probably wondering whether these things actually work, right? Well, I’ve been lucid dreaming for several years. I’ve tried various soundwaves and tricks etc, and I’ve got a lot of experience with this. I can tell you that these isochronic tones do work.

One reason people tend to stay away from lucid dreaming supplements is that SOME of them do have nasty side effects. Isochronic tones however, don’t.

This is a great reason to try them out. the unexplainable store have a full 30 day guarantee as well, so if for whatever reason you don’t like them, you can get your money back no questions asked! The Isochronic tones I’ve tried from the Unexplainable Store really work quite well.

They’ve got a perfect blend of the Isochronic Tone itself, and ambient relaxing sounds as well.

These sounds make it PERFECT for lucid dreaming, I’ve even had experiences where I’ve listened to the lucid dreaming pack while awake just sitting in a chair meditating, and I’ve drifted into a WILD! (wake induced lucid dream).

One of my Lucid Dreams with Isochronic Tones from the Unexplainable Store

One time, I was laying in bed at about 2-3 in the afternoon, I was pretty tired as it is, (I’d worked late the previous night) and I decided to go for a nap and try out the tone again. I started listening to it through my headphones (I always find that ‘in ear’ headphones work the best for this kind of thing), and I remember seeing various shapes and patterns on my eyelids.

The next thing I knew, I was walking through a forest, brushing leaves and branches out of the way as I made my way deeper into the woods.

The further into the woods I went, the more clear my vision become, and by the time I was in the clearing in the woods that I found, I was completely Lucid and in control of the dream.

I was looking around and could see with perfect clarity everything around me. It was amazing! I then went on to have a really vivid dream in which I spoke with my dream guide and flew around a volcano. All in the space of a 20-30 minute nap listening to Isochronic tones. After a few minutes, the ambient sounds really blend into your imagery and the dream!
