Do you want to be able to lucid dream tonight?
I’ll change the question a bit.
Do you want to be able to lucid dream tonight in just 9.7 seconds?
No, I’m not giving you false hope. It’s possible!
Perhaps you’ve never tried lucid dreaming or you have tried before and failed.
Now you think it’s so difficult and you’re wondering if you will ever be able to do it.
You see lots of people sharing stories on Reddit or Youtube about their incredible experiences with lucid dreaming, and the exciting stuff they can do.
Yet here you are, never having experienced it. Or maybe you have accidentally before but you weren’t able to stay lucid for long.
You want to be able to do it intentionally and I’m gonna tell you right now that it’s easy.
You only need two things, and you’re good to go. By the end of this article, you will be able to lucid dream tonight.
Curious about what these two things are?
Let’s dive in!
How To Lucid Dream Tonight
How can you really lucid dream? Is there a fast way to do this? Luckily, there is and I’m gonna teach you how to do that with this one method.
How Can I Lucid Dream Tonight In 9.7 Seconds?
As a general rule, think of lucid dreaming like a rocket. The rocket is the method and techniques you use, while the rocket fuel is your mindset. When you combine these two, you will be able to lucid dream tonight.
Mindset includes your enthusiasm, motivation, your beliefs, willpower, and intention. Now both are very important. You can’t really lucid dream without the rocket and the fuel.
Most Common Mistakes People Make
But what a lot of people do is they’ll focus all their efforts on the fuel without the rocket or the other way around.
This is a huge mistake. I see lots of my students making this mistake until they come across my stuff and I set them on the right path.
Another very common mistake people make that messes up their rocket is that they starve their rocket.
They have their rocket, the techniques, and the things they think they should do, but they starve their rocket of fuel by reinforcing limiting beliefs.
“It has to be difficult. It has to take a long time. It’s rare to have a lucid dream.”
What you’re doing is that you’re trying to launch your rocket with no fuel.
Limiting Beliefs Around Lucid Dreaming
There are a lot of negative beliefs floating around.
It’s kind of an ironic thing because when you have the belief that lucid dreaming is difficult, you will experience lucid dreaming being difficult.
It’s very hard to convince these people because they truly believe that it’s difficult.
It is difficult for them but it’s only difficult because they believe it is.
Lucid Dreaming Is Easy
On the other hand, you have people all over discord posting about Omni-lucidity, about being lucid every night.
They share about the incredible things they do and they say it’s so easy because it is. The only thing that may take practice to learn is how to control your dreams.
Why can’t you see how easy it is?
Because they believe it’s easy, they experience it as being easy. It’s as simple as that.
Your beliefs dictate what you experience in life and in lucid dreams so change them.
If you don’t like what your experiencing, change your beliefs, change your intention, and your reality will change.

How To Lucid Dream Tonight In 9.7 Seconds
Here’s how to lucid dream instantly in just 9.7 seconds:
1: You Need To Have The Rocket
You need to have been practicing the right techniques and the right way to do reality checks.
People usually do the reality checks wrong so if you want to know how to do it correctly, I cover this in this All Day Awareness For Lucid Dreaming blog post.
There are so many things you can do such as write your dreams down, get your sleeping pattern in line with the circadian rhythm, and all that stuff.
If you are going to use a lucid dreaming method, make sure you only focus on one technique at a time.
My recommendation? The MILD method or the mnemonically induced lucid dreaming technique.
MILD is undoubtedly the one that was proven in recent research to be the only approach that was genuinely effective for newbies when compared to the control group.
That being said, it’s also one of the simplest methods since you don’t have to set a ridiculous alarm, wake up in the middle of the night, feeling weary, and then attempt to hit the correct timings for falling back asleep.
You are not required to do those stuff.
You rely on your ‘prospective memory,’ or your capacity to recall things in the future. This is the most effective method for lucid dreaming. If you must learn a method, choose the MILD.
I just wanted to remind you that you can actually get free a guide to lucid dreaming. This includes a report showing you 100 things that you can do in a lucid dream, as well as free email, lessons, tutorials, and tips.
2: You Need To Have Belief
You also need to have belief. You need to actually believe you can do it and that it’s easy.
This is where affirmations, mantras, beliefs, dream planning, and scripting come into play.
If you’re watching content believing that it’s easier said than done, all that’s doing is reinforcing a negative belief.
That’s going to stop you from doing it.
Affirmations are my favorite tool for changing beliefs. There’s a reason it was used as a punishment for children in school.
They had to write lines like this because they understood that if you had someone write something out repeatedly, ‘I will not throw paper in class,’ It will eventually get ingrained in their minds.
As a result, they will trust that statement, and the same is true for lucid dreaming.
So just repeat your affirmations on a piece of paper and try to do this every day or as often as you can.
“Lucid dreaming is easy. I can lucid dream tonight.” This helps shift your conscious and subconscious beliefs.
The issue with the subconscious mind is that our subconscious beliefs serve as the foundation for all we do in life.
So, if you have a subconscious belief that you can lucid dream, your mind will continuously seek proof to validate that.
Whether it’s putting more effort into the techniques, trying harder, or just flipping that switch in your brain that allows you to lucid dream because your subconscious mind craves what we call congruence.
It wants your conscious beliefs to match your unconscious beliefs. If not, we experience what is known as cognitive dissonance.
It’s when you subconsciously believe something, but because you’re not experiencing it, your conscious mind and subconscious mind start to think, but wait a minute, I can lucid dream.
I think I can. So why am I not doing it?
So, by focusing on the thought that you can lucid dream, you don’t need to understand how it works; it simply happens. Your subconscious mind will begin to adjust toward making it a reality.
3: You Need To Have Motivation
We all battle with motivation at times. But, especially with lucid dreaming, you must keep yourself motivated.
And this goes beyond simply imagining what you’d like to do or what you would wish to experience in a lucid dream. It goes further than that.
You must have a cause, a why, as in, why are you attempting to learn how to lucid dream?
You need motivation or a desire to do it or you will give up.
There are so many folks in the comment section of my videos and Reddit and Facebook groups, who became enthusiastic at one point with the notion of lucid dreaming, but then they just stopped.
They had just lost interest and were bored. They didn’t get to experience the amazing things that lucid dreaming could bring.
This all comes into play there, and then you need to have the motivation to try and actually do it.
Set an intention that you’re going to do it.
This is where a lot of my other stuff comes in as well because it helps you with the motivation.
4: These Serve As Your Fuel
You won’t be able to launch your rocket if you have taken away all of the fuel.
You need to have belief and motivation. Believe it’s possible, which it is, and believe that it’s easy and you can do it.
Have the motivation and actually take action. Set an intention that you will lucid dream tonight.
With these fuels ready, you can then proceed to the rocket. Do the correct preparations like sleeping at the right time and doing reality checks, and then choose one method and stick with it.
When you combine these, I guarantee you will be able to lucid dream tonight.
A lot of my students write to me saying thank you. There was someone in Discord the other day who specifically thanked me for this.
When you shift your mindset, it becomes very easy to lucid dream.
How Can I Make Lucid Dreaming Easier?
A lot of people come to me and they find it a lot easier when they follow my stuff.
This is because I’m actually giving you the rocket and the fuel, especially in my lucid dreaming boot camp.
I put everything together and give daily exercises to practice.
Half of it is based on motivation, belief, and the subconscious.
The other half is based on techniques, exercises, and things you can do.
You combine them together and you’ll be lucid dreaming within a few days.
This is why I can make the claim that if you follow it, you’ll lucid dream within two weeks or less, and a lot of people do.
When you have a rocket and you have the fuel, it’s easy to take off.
If you don’t want to do that, you can also watch the free videos I have on the How To Lucid Youtube channel.
Are Lucid Dreams Dangerous?
Lucid Dreaming is not dangerous. The theme of your dream can be scary but it’s not harmful, so you have nothing to fear if you attempt to Lucid Dream.
Although some individuals would have you believe otherwise because they’ve probably had a horrible experience, or they weren’t in control of their dreams. what causes lucid nightmares usually is watching too many horror movies.
If you want to know more about this, I have this article Is Lucid Dreaming Dangerous?
Does Lucid Dreaming Make You Tired?
Lucid Dreaming doesn’t make you tired if you do it right because your body stays asleep throughout the lucid dream. The only way it can make you tired is if your sleep is interrupted by waking up.
This negatively affects your sleep quality causing you to feel tired the next day. So you need to practice how to lucid dream without waking up

How To Lucid Dream Tonight
So, how can you lucid dream tonight?
Two things: You need to have the rocket and the fuel.
The rocket is the methods, techniques, the things you do n order to lucid dream.
The fuel is your mindset which includes your beliefs and motivation.
You need to remove your limiting beliefs about lucid dreaming and believe that it’s easy because it is.
If you believe it’s difficult, it will be difficult. If you believe it’s easy, then it’s gonna be easy.
Usually, that’s the difference between people who can lucid dream and people who can’t.
It all just comes down to belief. You can do all the right things but if you don’t fix your mindset, your rocket will not launch.
You need to have both the rocket and the fuel, the right methods, and the right mindset.
Now you’ve learned how to lucid dream in just 9.7 seconds. Are you going to try this out tonight?
