Ennora make binaural beats, which are special soundwaves that help you relax, lucid dream, astral project and just about anything else, by changing your brainwaves. Thee have made it into the top binaural beats list and for good reason. Here’s my honest review of Ennora!

These are sounds which when listened to through headphones produce a profound effect on the brain, and make it shift into a different state. Here are some of the things you can do with them –

  • Induce Lucid Dreams
  • Balance your chakras
  • Become calmer
  • Meditate more deeply
  • Recharge and refresh yourself
  • Sleep better
  • Sharpen your mind
  • Astral Projection
  • And much more

Binaural beats are amazing for your mental health, and they can be perfect for Lucid Dreaming. Ennora have really created something special with this, and every single recording I’ve listened to has been sharp and high quality.

If you’re new to binaural beats, something like the ‘Superpack’ or the ‘Meditation pack’ for Ennora can be the perfect way to start. Don’t worry if this seems a little confusing, I’ll do my best to explain it and hopefully this review of Ennoras binaural beats will help you.

I’m not going to get into the details of how it all works, but all you really need to know is that as I said the recording is two seperate frequencies played one in each ear.

The result is that your mind hears ONE sound, and this causes your brain to go into a different state. What state it goes into depends on the recording and the frequencies. Different frequencies create different effects, and with Ennora there is a binaural beat for everything.

The options you have as you go to their homepage are:

Review of binaural beats by Ennora

  • The Meditation Pack
  • The Balance Pack
  • The Mystic Pack
  • The Sleep Pack
  • The Super Pack

Now, they’re all good, but for Lucid Dreaming, I would highly suggest you go for the Sleep Pack, or The Meditation Pack. The meditation pack is probably the baseline, as it contains tracks that just help you meditate and relax, whereas the sleep pack is specially designed for Lucid Dreams.

Ennora review

If you are new to meditation, I would suggest going for the meditation pack, and then the sleep pack if you’re planning to use it just for Lucid Dreaming. That way, you can use it in waking life for relaxation and you’ll get more use out of it.

What do you get with Ennora?

Let’s assume you go for the Meditation Pack, you’ll get two 30 minute recordings. These recordings are of the highest quality, and usually contain some sort of soothing background noise as well, like rain or the waves on the beach.

Binaural beats reviewThis is to relax your mind further and enhance the effect. You can use these recordings whenever you want. You can download them, put them on your laptop, phone, ipod etc and use them for life!

Who are they for?

Well, anyone really. The most important thing to remember is that these only really work when you use stereo headphones. This is because you need to be able to hear BOTH frequencies, but they have to be in SEPARATE ears for the effect to work. They make this clear on their site.

If you’re interested in binaural beats and think it’s something you’ll enjoy on a more serious level, then getting the ‘Super Pack’ saves you some money. You get all of the recordings, and save about $30. It also contains the Lucid Dreaming recording, just what we want!

To use Ennoras binaural beats to lucid dream, here’s what you do. Make sure that firstly, you know how to lucid dream and you know how it’s supposed to work. Learn how to do reality checks and get used to writing your dreams down. Get yourself the sleep pack or any of their packages that promote lucid dreaming. (They’ll be set to the right brain state).

Before going to sleep

To use these binaural beats to lucid dream as you’re going to sleep, I’ve found it works best when you’re really tired, so do some exercise during the day. Then, get comfortable and lie on your back. Now perform a normal wake induced lucid dream while listening to the lucid dreaming binaural beats.

This will guide your mind into the right state for lucid dreaming. Make sure there are no distractions in your room, and all you can hear is the binaural beats though your headphones. The only thing I found difficult was having to have headphones in BOTH ears while I fall asleep. This means you might have to sleep on your back, depending on how comfortable your headphones are.

As you’re performing the WBTB/WILD

To use Ennora binaural beats to lucid dream with a TECHNIQUE, you should use the wake induced lucid dream or the wake back to bed (or a combination of both). Here’s what you do:

  • When you wake up to your alarm, quickly turn your alarm off, put your headphones on and play Ennoras sleep pack (binaural beats)
  • Don’t let your MIND go to sleep, focus on staying awake but let your BODY go into paralysis and fall asleep
  • You’ll be in a lucid dream!
