There are a number of things you can do that will just give you that EDGE and make lucid dreaming more likely. Here are the most effective things. Do all of these if you want a full boost.
Remember to meditate every morning and evening, for at least ten minutes each time. Also, do your reality checks during the day, but SPECIFICALLY when you first wake up, and when you see something unusual
Highlight key bits of information in your dream journal as these can help you later on. Take a multivitamin, choline, and vitamin B6 for an added boost! Get excited about lucid dreaming by watching more fantasy and sci-fi films!
